Jul 7" cds and matching "Forwarded" and "Due 3" framed handstamps for 3¢ letter rate to Leechburg Pa.; couple ms. spots, F.-V.F. and interesting July 4th use., ex-Wawrukiewicz, pictured on pg. 18 of his forwarded mail book.
