XII) found on the Ten Centimes First Issue (dots strongly accented on the cheek and on the front and back of the neck), full to large margins except clear at left, neatly cancelled by light strikes of nine-bar rimless grid cancel, Very Fine, ex-Del Puente, Houser; signed by Richter and with 1985 Demuth certificate. Luxembourg, 1852, Grand Duke William III, 10c gray black, Block of Four, four large balanced margins, bright color and detailed impressions, tied by four strikes of nine-bar rimless grid cancels on a folded cover to Lyon, France, matching "Luxembourg 13 Mars 58" cds and "PD" framed handstamp, light strike of red Luxembourg cds, reverse with Paris (3.16) and Lyon (3.17) arrival cds; right vertical pair affected slightly from file fold, a Very Fine use, ex-Del Puente, Houser; with a 1985 Demuth certificate.
