A Special Delivery Stamp affixed to any article of mail matter is intended to secure an immediate delivery…" label on reverse, manuscript "Closed" notation on back, and E5 used with 2¢ Bureau tied by "New York, N.Y. Dec 23 1900" machine cancel to local street address, reverse with different label type; each with opening faults.
