Hagerty, Druggists and Glassware, embossed green cameo corner card on yellow cover bearing 1¢ blue (63) pair and single, tied by "New-York Aug 8 1862" cds duplexed with four-ring cancel to Penn Yan N.Y., endorsed 1862 at left with "Circular" notation, unsealed flap for three-times the 1¢ circular rate, includes a B.b. & J. Hagerty business card insert; small edge and flap tears, Very Fine and scarce triple circular rate use.

Fire Insurance Co., Hartford, Conn., gray all-over illustrated ad on cover bearing 1¢ blue, dot-in-u, plate 9 (63 var.) strip of three, nat. s.e. at left, tied by blue "Chicago Ills Oct 8" duplex with circular grid cancel to Oberlin Oh., Very Fine and attractive, ex-Watt White.
Estimate    $300 - 400.

The left stamp is a straight edge straddle margin copy between two panes of 100 stamps. A blue guide marking is at the bottom of margin. The strip is from an early printing, probably dating cover to 1861.
