Bahamas, 1863 Nassau to Rome, Italy, cover with red "Nassau, Paid, Au 21, 63" cds and red crayon "1/3" rating above, circular "More To Pay" handstamp and manuscript rate crossed out at upper right, reverse with London and Paris transits and partial Rome receiver; opening tears at top and small piece of backflap missing, otherwise Very Fine.

Bahamas, 1863, Queen Victoria, 4d bright rose, perf 12½, two singles, manuscript canceled and tied by "A05" barred oval handstamps on folded letter to Paris, France, reverse with matching "Bahamas, No 23, 1863" origin cds, red crayon "7" rating, red London and Calais transit cds's; cover edge splitting and archival tape stain at top center, otherwise Very Fine.
