A RARE 1907 TYPE II "MERRY CHRISTMAS HAPPY NEW YEAR" CHRISTMAS SEAL USE ON NEW YEARS EVE.
The 1907 seals are exceptionally rare and desirable tied on cover or post card. They were issued by the Delaware Chapter of the American National Red Cross in two types. Type I were "Merry Christmas" only and the Type II had "Merry Christmas, Happy New Year".
