Consulat de France a Honolulu (Iles Hawaii), purple fancy framed corner card handstamp on registered cover to Empire Stamp Co., Greenfield Ill. bearing 1¢ yellow (74), two 2¢ rose (81) singles, 5¢ rose lake (76) and 10¢ yellow green (77), all tied by four strikes of red "Honolulu, Hawaii, Feb 20, 1899" double-circle datestamps with matching "Hawaiian P.O." R registry handstamp; reverse with purple San Francisco Registered (3.1) transit oval backstamp, F.-V.F., an attractive registered use with a four-color franking.
