Australia, 1919 Sydney to Badu Island, Queensland, cover franked with 1d KGV + 1d KGV diagonal bisect tied by bold "Sydney, 22 Fe, 19" cds's, with Postage Due 1d tied by "Thursday Island, Queensland, 24 Mr, 19" cds with second strike on reverse, matching "More to Pay, 1d" circular handstamp, Very Fine, a rare illegal bisect usage not accepted by the Thursday Island postal authorities.

Australia, 1848-51 New South Wales (Port Phillip) Preadhesive Group, 4 folded letters; includes 1848 Adelaide to Melbourne partial paid overland mail, 1848 England to Melbourne showing local handling fee, 1851 Sydney to Corio 4d rate from unpaid overland and 1851 London to Geelong via Melbourne 5d due for 3d ship letter + 2d inland fee, F.-V.F. or better.

Australia, 1862-1916 Official Imprint Covers, group of 6 covers; with 1862 Ararat to Melbourne Detained for Postage notice, 1883 Melbourne to Ballarat unaccepted Official free frank, 1889 Victoria Postmaster General free frank cover (presumably used to return unclaimed letters), 1895 Melbourne Dead Letter Office entire to Eltham, 1904 D.L.O. cover and a 1916 Official death notice with 1d KGV with "T" perfin, F.-V.F. or better.

Australia, 1870-89 Pre-Postage Dues: N.S.W. & Victoria, group of 6 items; N.S.W. with incoming cover and postal card from G.B. showing remnants of the yellow docket (NSW docket system 1886-90) with an additional postal card correctly uprated, Victoria with 1888 G.B. double rate letter with single rate (1s More To Pay) and G.B. to Hong Kong forwarded to Sydney, also a O.H.M.S. legal entire with franked stamp redirected with adhesive stamp, F.-V.F. or better.

Australia, 1904-09 Early Postage Due Issue Covers, group of 25 cover and cards, only a couple items not bearing Postage Due issues; includes a number of 1902 first issues with 1907 Victoria to Hobart with 4d for double deficiency on double rate cover, similar cover from South Australia, 1907 Transvaal to Hobart bearing 1d+2d due combination, the later issues including 2d+½d due combination on postcard from Germany, unfranked post cards, ½d due strip of 4 usage, 1904 Victoria cover with 6d+1d usage, etc., also a unfranked 1907 post card from Japan via Honolulu showing various due markings, F.-V.F. or better.

Australia, 1930-54 Postage Due Exhibit Balance, 24 items mounted and annotated on exhibit pages, with scarce and interesting usages throughout; includes 1930 Carnarvon - Perth, W.A. aerial mail cover with 1/- due franked with 6d due pair, 1930 Melbourne - New York returned for ½d postage cover uprated with two ½d KGV issues and tied by "Ship Mail Room" cancels, 1935 English - Australian Airmail overweight cover with 1sh due pair, 1938 Austria to Italy cover rerouted to Sydney with Italian and Australian dues, page showing proper and overweight usage of newspaper mailers, two 1946 Pay Train covers to Port Augusta bearing two different combination due frankings, 1951 incoming Fiji "Tattersall" cover usage, 1954 O.H.M.S. "Returned Surcharge Letter" and 1953 "Returned More to Pay Letter" covers, etc., generally Very Fine.
