Hawaii, Content Lot, 1889-97, group of 5 covers with each having content including 1889 Waimea cover with #39 and letter, 1895 cover with "C.H. Dickey, Notary Public" letterhead enclosure datelined "Haiku, Maui, H.I., June 28th 1895", some worm holes; 1894 cover with Pukoo, Molokai (281.01, 1R) cds, missing stamp, original enclosure datelined "Kaluaaha, October 29th 1894" with interesting content: "I am Chairman of the Board of Inspectors of Election for our side of Molokai, and as there are but 24 voters in our Precinct, and as the voters do not come very fast, I have lots of spare time, and will put it in writing letters…", etc.; covers faulty, Fine.

Ltd. share with revenue stamp, 1898 A.S. Wilcox signed letter on Hanamailu Sugar Plantation stationery, marine insurance documents, 1879 & 1882 letters from S.C. Damon of Honolulu to S.G. Damon in Boston, 1863 C. Kanaina signed document (High Chief), Letter to Lucia Smith at Lahainaluna, 1883 Laine & Co. receipt for one bag of oats on S.S. Likelike, 1863 Lihue Sugar Plantation contract letter signed by C.R. Bishop etc., 1898 lease by Bernice P. Bishop estate to Oahu Sugar Co., 1860 Lahaina letter, 1863 Collectors Office Lahaina draft for and signed by C.S. Hawaii, Photographs and Prints, group of 7 photos and 10 prints, includes Hawaiian Flag coming down over Iolani Palace with troops presenting, two showing Mr. Newell reading President McKinley's Instructions, one with four Hula girls (creased), one with Dole and others, one multicolored print showing the early town of Honolulu, print "A Savage of the Sandwich Islands Dancing", etc.; some faults, F.-V.F.

Hawaii, Hawaii Town Postmark Collection, hundreds of used arranged in two binders and four stockbooks; good showing of townmarks including Hakalau, Hilea, Hilo from the early 242.13 strike on with later 255.01 strikes (1RR), Holualoa, Honokaa with later scarcer types, Honuapo, Hookena, Hoopuloa, Kailua, Kalapana, Kawaihae, Kealakekua, Keauhou, Kohala, Laupahoehoe with nice strikes of serrated circle postmark (291.01), Laupahoehoe Beach, Mahukona with various color strikes and scarce later, Napoopoo, Olaa & Olaa Plantation, Ookala, Paauilo, Pahala, Papaaloa, Papaikou, Puehuehu, Volcano House, Waimea and Waiohinu, includes backstock of towns with some heavy duplication, a nice reference collection.

Hawaii, Hawaii Town Postmark Cover Collection, approximately 150 covers and cards in two binders; starting with Hakalau 237.02 philatelic & commercial usages, Hilea with possible earliest strike (282.016, 1RRR), substantial section of Hilo starting with Collector's Office, Hilo, Hawaii oval (211, scarcity 2) various usages and the 242.13 & 238.02 townmarks including overseas, good showing of the later marks with some to the U.S., Honokaa, Honuapo, Hookena with scarce first postmark (282.01, 1RR) and later types, Hoopuloa, Kailua types, Kalapana, Kawaihae with better early postmarks, Kealakekua, Keauhou, Kohala section with a nice array of postmarks and usages from first type handstamp on, Laupahoehoe, Mahukona with couple nice 255.01 strikes (scarcity 2) on covers to U.S., Naalehu, late Napoopoo, Olaa, Ookala, Paauilo, Pahala, scarce Papaaloa, Papaikou, Puehuehu, Waimea and Waiohinu with early 238.02 strikes (1RR); condition varies with duplication in strikes to be expected.
