Liberia, 1892, 8¢ Brown & Black, in combination with 1892, 2¢ blue on registered 1893, 10¢ Cheeseman entire to Washington, D.C., all tied by "Monrovia, Liberia, 28. Nov. 95" rimless cds's, reverse with unusual "Deutsch - Amerikanische Seepost, Bremem - New-York, VIII" oval transit and receiving postmark; 2¢ with minor gum tone around perfs, Very Fine, a very scarce German seapost transit usage.
