Mexico, (Puebla) San Juan de los Llanos, oval handstamps in dark green on 1886 registered cover to Jalacingo, matching certification boxed date stamp, franked on reverse with 1884, 3c +25c Medallion issues tied by oval handstamp, eagle cachet and Tesiutlan transit postmark, accompanied by original intact 262 Form which was the receipt for registered mail containing all the data about the mailing, Very Fine.
