Mexico, 1868, 100c black on brown, Veracruz, horizontal strip of six, cons 2-70, margins large to just in on right stamp, on oversized 1871 registered front to Veracruz, tied by Tlacotalpan cds's (Schatzkes 1805) with matching bold certification boxed date stamp (Schimmer 137/10) and pointing hand (unlisted) and eye (137/11) handstamps along edges; file folds with one affecting third stamp, otherwise Very Fine, the largest used strip of 100c Thick Figures on cover, this parcel carried official civic court papers regarding a will.
