Mexico, 1872, 25c red, Chiapas, five singles, cons 7-72, on 1873 registered cover front to the President of Guatemala Jose Rufino Barrios, tied by blue Comitan oval handstamp (Schimmer 5/1) in corners and matching certification box date stamp (5/2) leaving one stamp uncancelled, reverse signed of received by his secretary and with official embossing; front tears and horiz crease affecting stamps at top, F.-V.F.
