Special Delivery, 1895, 10¢ Blue - Stamp Exhibit Group, stamp exhibit balance mounted on three pages including two E5S specimens, E5S "Universal Postal Congress", three used singles including "Pago Pago, Samoa" cds and R.P.O. machine cancel, left large arrow and right small arrow blocks of four, bottom plate number and imprint strip of three, and varieties comprising double perf block of four, striking double perf upper left corner margin single, overinking, partial printing, and mint block of four with two stamps showing line through "Postal Delivery"; few faults, Very Fine and exciting group.

Special Delivery, 1895, 10¢ Blue - Domestic Postal History, exhibit collection of 51 covers mounted on 25 pages, many better including postage due for first class unpaid, Spanish-American war patriotics, use on UX12 and use on 1¢ wrapper (one of three recorded use on wrapper), Pan-American railway post office use (faulty), RPO and Collection wagon uses, multiple delivery attempts including a combination registered use forwarded with extra E5, officially opened and resealed with post office seal, illegal revenue use with block of six, use on Railway Mail Service penalty cover, use on St. Elmo Hotel of Goshen N.Y. advertising collar cover, non-carrier delivery markings and label use, unclaimed mail, various receiving markings including time clocks, use on letter rate parcel tag, territorial use from Oklahoma Terr. and Alaska Terr., Oriental Smokeless Gunpowder ad cover, etc; some faults, F.-V.F.
