THE ONLY RECORDED EXAMPLE OF A SPECIAL DELIVERY BISECT PROPERLY USED.

As of the April 15, 1925 rate change, the special delivery fee for postal matter was divided into three weight classifications. This parcel was prepaid 11¢ postage for the parcel post rate up to 5lbs and the 15¢ special delivery fee for 2-10 lbs.
