1897, 1¢-5¢ Universal Postal Congress Entires, group of 62 mostly different (possibly the complete set of 59 with a few duplicates) comprising a variety of knives, sizes, colors; including U325S (3), U330S (2) U331S (2), clear "Universal Postal Congress" overprints, fresh and Very Fine group.

Only 125 sets were prepared, these were issued to the delegates to the Universal Postal Congress held in Washington D.C. May 5-June 15.
