Portugal, Collection, 1853-1978, well formed collection neatly mounted on Scott pages in album; 1850's issues used missing only a couple rarer issues, later King Luis issue appear virtually complete missing one later overprint issue, good completion in later including 1894 Prince Henry issue missing one mid-value mostly used, 1895 St. Anthony issue with good mint issues, 1910 King Manuel issue complete mint, near complete 1911 Republica overprint issues, Ceres definitives approaching completion mixed */o, many complete sets thereon including 1939-49 souvenir sheets complete n.h., strong back-of-the-book issues, also a separate specialized collection of Ceres issues with nearly complete parallel */o issues including the rare 1920 perf 12x11½ issues, some additional stock including some colonies issues.

Russia & Poland, Old Auction Lots, 19th and 20th Century mint and used sets arranged in a small stock book loaded with mostly 1930s-40s sets, some earlier used, and small collection on home made pages, also three-volume Poland collection on quad pages in three springback binders (mostly stuck), condition mixed.

San Marino, Specialized Overprint & Surcharge Group, 1935-56, 260 stamps in all, most in multiples as large as a block of 24; includes a nice section of airmail issues with overprint proofs (on proof papers) for C54 (blocks of 4 & 21 and a pair), C56 (two blocks of 10), C79 (block of 12 & 3 pairs) and C96 (blocks of 4, 16 & 21); sheet of 50 C41 with a "double horizon" printing flaw across 10 stamps; C74 with a horizontally "split" overprint & another with full offset of overprint on reverse (Sassone A94a-b, €235), regular issue with overprint varieties on 1947 Roosevelt issue, Scott 257A, 257B and 257G-I, mostly shifted colors or overprints, also includes 1935 Airmail covers to Khartoum & Cairo; a nice group for the specialist.
