California Postal History, 1850-1900s, group of over 42 covers including California towns, foreign mail, incoming mail to Cal., etc, better includes 1849 San Francisco gold rush letter describing 195 day passage and the high cost of goods in S.F., 1853 Mokelumne Hill with "X" rating to South Abington Mass., Stockton to Germany with #35 strip of three, 1865 San Francisco to Canada with #63, 65 (3) franking, Murphy's Cal. with #35 to Porters Pa., couple Wells Fargo uses, etc.; some mixed condition, inspection should prove rewarding, F.-V.F.

California Stampless Covers, group of 23 including town of Camptonville, Culloma, Dutch Flat, Marysville (3) including one with "Paid 6" oval rating h.s., Sacramento (6) with different cds and ratings, San Andreas, San Francisco (6), San Jose (2) and Stockton (2); some flaws, F.-V.F., a nice group with some better strikes.

San Mateo County Balance, group of close to 500 covers and cards from the 1870s to 1930s, towns include Belmont, Burlingame, Colma, Daly City, Half Moon Bay, Menlo Park, Millbrae, Pacifica, San Carlos, San Mateo, Redwood City, Woodside, harder to find examples from Bellvale (5), Belmae Park (3), Easton (6), Farallone City (7), Purissima (1), Salada Beach (9), San Gregorio (8), Tobin (7), Torquay (1), Vista Grande (5) to name a few, some nice postal stationery, corner cards, advertising, registered, postage dues and fancy cancels noted; overall in very nice condition with excellent value, inspection highly recommended, F.-V.F (no photo).
