This cancel is unlisted in Skinner & Eno, but it appears to be a pictorial fancy cancel representing the town's name.

Transit Sep 7" exchange cds, reverse with Milan (9.22) arrival cds; couple small stamp flaws, otherwise Very Fine and scarce combination use.
