1920, 1¢ green, rotary coil waste, perf 10 x 11, bottom margin block of four, tied by "Washington D.C., May 26, 1920" First Day of Issue machine postmark with additional oval cancels cancelling bottom stamps, on cover to Montclair, N.J.; cover neatly opened at top with tiny tear, Very Fine, a very rare usage in block format; with 1969 P.F. certificate.
