Mexico, 1866, Emperor Maximilian (litho), 25c orange, Mexico, district name only, block of 50, full o.g., rich color, central vertical separation crease and thin affecting a few stamps, otherwise Fine, these were used to exchange for the demonetized Eagles at the beginning of the issue, only 7,227 were issued, likely the largest multiple, ex-Dormer (1977 Champion of Champions exhibit).
