York Am. Pkt. 'Paid' Mar 22" exchange backstamp and magenta "12" credit rating, bold "Aachen Franco" (4.5) framed transit and red ms. "2" rating, Locarno (4.8) arrival backstamp, red crayon "6" due rating; partial flap, Very Fine and scarce franking at the 35¢ PCM rate.
