(cat $1,025), strong later completion including the 1906 10c sheet of 10, 1921 15c sheet of 5 n.h., semi-postal virtually complete including 1935 Intellectuals, airs and dues strong, good Officials with first issues missing only the two rare issues (still cats $1,150), following perf issues, good second types overprints, etc.; a nice collection with condition well above the norm.
