Mexico, 1950, 5p ultramarine & blue green, dramatic printing shift, right margin block of 6 showing strong shift of blue green printing to the left slightly diagonal with outer margin imprint on three stamps and one stamp with color completely omitted, glazed o.g., F.-V.F., only a sheet known to have existed and broken down in the 1990's, this is the most important block of the sheet.Scott No. 865 var.
