Heylinger correspondence to Christiansted, St. Croix; acidic ink has eroded address, 3¢ with two borer holes and scissor cut, Fine; with 1975 Friedl certificate.

"R. 174" registry number, "Saipan, Marianen, 1/1 01" backstamp; 2¢ some surface abrasion, some gum toning as interleaving was affixed with glue, F.-V.F.
