Carter, Corregidor Island, Manila Bay, Philippines, origins begin with San Diego, then from Buell, Norfolk or Charlottesville, Virginia, about equally franked by Scott 301 and 319, nearly all with San Francisco transits, one each with Washington D.C. and Seattle, and the majority with Manila P.I. and Corregidor arrival/receivers, also included an additional 6 covers 3 addressed to Fortress Monroe, Va. and Crozet, Va., F.-V.F.
