Philippines, Burauen, Leyte, Phil, Feb 5, 1945, 5:00 PM, provisional manuscript postmarks in circle resembling circular date stamps, tying 1945, 2¢-20¢ + 1p Victory issues on legal size cover to Taunton, Mass., notation by sender "Re-Opening P.O., 1st Victory stamps, sold at Burauen, Leyte, P.I., cancelled in ink because Japs had confiscated regular cancellation stamps" at left with and postmaster certification above; some minor toning, Very Fine.

Philippines, Registered Covers, 1899-1904, four items; 1899 Manila to N.Y.C. bearing U.S. 5¢ Bureau two singles and 1900 Manila to Colorado on Headquarters corner card cover franked with 1899, 10¢ brown (217), 1899 Cebu to N.Y.C. on U.S. 2¢ entire uprated with 1899 3¢ +5¢ (215+216), and 1904 Camp Stotsenburg to Rizal on 1¢ entire uprated with 1910, 8¢ (222); some flaws, generally F.-V.F. or better.

Philippines, Revolutionary Government, 1899 Manila Communications Department Office Accounting Report, from September 27th to December 27th, accounting (on both sides of document) of various telegram communications, with various handstamps, Very Fine, an unusual telegram receipt form.
