Bulgaria, Collection, 1879-1944, well formed collection on Scott album pages; virtually complete issues lacking only a handful of early error issues, with mixed */o issues to 1912 and virtually all mint thereafter, includes Lion coat of arms issues including the scarce 1885 50s on 1fr surcharge (Scott 22), 20th century mint including 1931-35 Balkan Games sets, back-of-the-book with complete mint Semi-Postals and Airs, complete Dues with used early issues, Postal Tax, Officials, etc.; with condition above the norm throughout, a must see to appreciate.

British Columbia & Vancouver Island, Cover Balance, group of nine covers, front and a few miscellaneous items; stamp usages including 1860 2½d perf'd on lightly soiled cover, 1865 5¢ perf'd on cover to New Westminster, 1865 3d blue pair canceled by barred oval "34" handstamp (an unknown office) on cover (unique on cover, missing U.S. stamps), 1867 2¢ on 3d strip of three on cover to N.Y., couple 1860's incoming, etc.; scarce material with condition a little mixed.
