Russia Collection, 1857-1943, well formed collection on Scott album pages; mixed mint and used starting with 4-margin #1 used (pen cancel), following coat of arms issues near complete missing only three issues, including good 1884 high value mint and later issues with variety, early 20th near complete to complete, good later sets including 1931-32 Regular issue imperf set mint, 1933 Museum surcharge set used, and virtually all the later sets present mostly in used condition, Semi-Postals complete including the 1922 Children's set (1k imperf signed Friedl) and the 1923 Labor set (high value signed Friedl, Airmails complete including 1931-32 Zepp sets including perf's 50k color error mint, 1931 South Pole perf & imperf sets, 1935 1r on 10k Moscow-S.F. surcharge issue mint, 1937 souvenir sheets, etc, dues complete, good occupationals and some useful territories; with condition above the norm throughout, a must see to appreciate.

Russia, Collection, mostly mint N.H. collection in three stockbooks, strong in topical including transportation with/ships, planes, trains, cars etc., also flora and fauna and others, many souvenir sheets including Scott #1080a-82a and 2106 (footnote set of 2, stamp on stamp), UPU imperf set 1392a-93a, Moscow subway sets 687-92 and 1481-87 etc., should be inspected, fine to very fine.

Russia, Collection, 1934-82, housed in two Minkus albums; with mint issues to the 1950's with better sets present including Scott C53-C57 x3 (cat $517 each), 540-545 x2 ($350 each), 551-554 ($407), 546-550 ($547), C58-C67 (cat $1,032), C68 x2 ($725) both signed RPS, 559-569 n.h. ($925) and later good sets and souvenir sheet, useful 1960-70's used CTO issues; nice fresh mint in early better.

Issue Study, on album pages with issues up to the 9d on 80pf; ½d issues both showing major varieties including comma after "I", "1" to the left of "2" in "½" (in blocks with normal), as well as minor broken bar varieties and surcharge shifts shown in multiples, 2½d singles and multiples including missing fraction bar vars., 4d & 5d issues with dramatic surcharge shifts splitting overprint., 6d issue with three multiples showing the inverted "9" for "6" var.; number of issues also showing shade vars., S.G. cat £4,003+ not including unlisted vars.
