Mexico, 1865, Eagle (4th Period), 4r green, Saltillo, diagonal bisect, cons 38-1865, upper right portion of stamp, tied on piece by Parras date stamp cancel (Schatzkes 1414), Very Fine, twenty five 4rs were sent to Parras, the only known bisects from these is this piece and a cover. Follansbee No. 38½.
