Mexico, 1868, Hidalgo (thin figures, imperf), 6c black on buff, Camargo, horizontal strip of four, cons 29-69, without district name, canceled by two strikes of "Franco" boxed handstamp (Schatzkes 1823AB) on 1870 folded letter sheet; vertical file crease through first stamp, F.-V.F., a unique usage from Camargo (NF $ 1,600 as singles off cover), ex-Ricoy, Speaker; with 2008 M.E.P.S.I. certificate.
