Mexico, 1856, First Issue, Toluca District, 31 stamps (Follansbee $839) and three covers one of which bears a nice 2r emerald, thirteen stamps are medio reals, a 1r is tied to piece by a fair strike of the rare Toluca Diligencias "Stagecoach" cancel (Schatzkes 1664), mostly F.-V.F.
