1875 Post Office Department Announcement For the New 1875 Postal Card Issue, one page circular to postmasters datelined "Washington, August, 1875" from Third Assist. Postmaster General Weber describing the new postal card issue, plus information for requisitions, old stock and spoiled cards, one sentence is ruled out "There are also ruled lines for tracing the address" since they were not part of the final design; couple minor tone spots and trivial nick at left, Fine and scarce announcement circular.
