No. 1, Manila, Mar 7, 1900" duplex to Germany (one year prior to issue), U1//U16 incl. U3, U5, U7, U12-U14, U16 plus additional examples showing printed Gonzales cc's, U26, U27, U28 (2), U29, plus four entires with "Pink" ink instead of carmine, W1-W3, UX1 (two different fonts), UX2, UX5, UX6, UX7, UY1 (2, ruled 11.7 & 8.7), UY2, UY3 (2, ruled 11.7 & 8.7); each with some light toning on reverse from mounting, F.-V.F.

C.H. Sleeper.

Philippines, Blue Giro Revenue Collection, 1899-1903, of 267 revenues & 1 part document (India & Philippines combination on bank draft), 1899 issues have types A though G, I-J & K, also type D error in 4p "6000 a 6800p", 1900 issues have 45A (impression on both sides), 459D with error "6000 a 6800" in upper label, 1900-02 issues have 470F & 471F with partly erased errors, many other minor varieties, all types and errors identified and neatly mounted and annotated on pages in Scott album; 1996 Warren catalog value $10,069 (Warren 425//499).
