York Steamship" circular postmark without date and matching "Due 7" handstamp to Union Springs N.Y., letter describes voyage from Panama and the beautiful Acapulco Bay with mountains all around, Fine and scarce inbound Navy use from Mexico.

(Pearl Harbor) Honokaa, Hawaii, Dec 7, 11 AM, 1941, duplex ties 3¢ For Defense (901) on cover to Maywood Ill., censor tape at right tied by "Released By I.C.B. 239" handstamp, original Season's Greeting card enclosure reading "I wish you had come to Hawaii when you planned. I really wouldn't advise any one to come now, I shall hope for a visit from you when the war is over. I'm not afraid to be here but I'd hate an ocean voyage if war really comes…", Very Fine.
