Western Division, Augusta, Ga., blue illustrated shaded ad showing Street View of Office, on cover to Albion, N.Y. franked with 1857, 3¢ dull red (s.e. at left) tied by "Augusta, Ga., Apr 11, 1859" cds, with original enclosure on Adams letterhead with interesting content regarding slavery…I have not seen enough of the "Institution" to form an opinion yet, but my impression so far is that as a whole the nigs have decidedly the best of the bargain, also mentions his improvements to the telegraph, Very Fine.
