Stephens, Vice Prest." in red stripes and blue "A Secession Envelope" in white stripe mocking the Confederate edition, addressed to Warren, R.I. with manuscript "2 Bags, Exp postage due" indicating this may have accompanied an express shipment, Very Fine and unusual.
