ONE OF THE RAREST CHICAGO BLUE FANCY CANCELS, THE ONLY RECORDED ON-COVER EXAMPLE WITH THE 1870-88 BANK NOTE ISSUE.

There are only three recorded usages of this rare Chicago Blue cancellation, two strikes on postal cards and the cover offered here.
