Pacific Islands ½d, 1d, 2d and 2½d singles, on registered cover to Chicago Ill., magenta "Passed by Censor" circular handstamp and purple "Censored" straightline, censor red on white tape; various backstamps including Chicago (1.31) arrival cds, Very Fine and scarce; signed Bartels.
