"Cliftondale Mass., Oct. 28, 1858" postmark and matching "Paid" cancel on #26 to Newburyport; #35 San Francisco Cal. to Lawrence Mass. with "ADV.1" handstamp; Lawrence Mass. "5" rerated "Free" as to postmaster; "Lynn.Essex.Co. Ms." cds use, "Boston "Ship" and "Free" handstamps on cover to Boxford with blue cds plus ms. "Missent & forward" marking.
