Post Office Slogan Cancels, thousands upon thousands of covers organized alphabetically according to the first letters of the various Post Office machine slogan cancels spanning the 1950's into the 1980's; thus, there are many cancels appearing as identical multiples across many different towns and states, the collector bought this as a group in 1990 and then tucked it away in his attic.

Postal Card Accumulation, a couple thousand spanning from the 1870's into the early 1900's, with a very few that are later, most are business, advertising, or commercial, but a few carrying personal messages, most are East Coast origin but representatives from most other states also, most minimal condition issues, but some soiling here and there.

Postal History Accumulation, 1870s-1970, box of over 200 covers and postal entires with many issues to foreign destinations, many to Egypt, also some airmail, registered, multiple frankings and other interesting uses.

Railroad Covers, 1860s-1940s, Collection of about 125 covers or cards, 90% of which are 1870s-1910s; includes a tremendous variety of R.P.O. cancels, receivers, Stations and "Train Late" markings; also a few Railroad corner cards and stationery and a few collateral photographs., An outstanding basis for further study or exhibition.

Railway Post Office (RPO) Cancels, cancels on card or covers, several thousand, running from the late 1870's up until the general end of the RPO system in the 1960's, don't know if there are any great rarities here, but a quick glance reveals quite a few small town to small town usages, some emphasis on the southeast, but generally a good cross-section of the nation's railroad routes. Some mixed condition, but mostly fine to very fine.
Estimate    $500 - 750.

Registered Mail Collection, 1840s-1900s, collection of 100 covers ranging from stampless to 20th century including small towns, range of uses and frankings including Stampless, 1851 Issue, 1861 Issue, 1870-88 Bank Note Issue, 1893 Columbians, 1895 Bureaus, 1898 Trans-Mississippi, 1908-25 Washington-Franklins, etc, largely domestic destinations but some foreign as well, some mixed condition but great collection.
