Mexico, Ejercitos Issue Collection, 1913, of 19 covers and postcard, this issue was a revenue issue used as stamps while a regular postal issue was produced, starts with a complete set unused 1c-1p in pristine pairs with talon Sc#347a-353a ($592) and non postal singles of $5 and $100p, covers include different rates including local 1c, seven mixed frankings with other issues, White Sonoras, Centenary, Sonora Green Seal, Transitorios one mixed franking with US stamp and 4 are to the U.S. (no photo).

Mexico, First Officials Gold Medal Exhibit, 1884-95, a one frame intact exhibit with 13 covers, 5 registered fronts, one magnificent official front and 28 remarkable stamps mostly from small towns all around the country, although stamps are abundant, only 100-125 covers are estimated to exist (20 or so from Tepic), this exhibit contains some of the most remarkable known covers, each are exceptionally rare and were chosen by their beauty and uniqueness, the registered fronts followed the tail end of the old postal system whereby the front of all registered mail was cut out to serve as proof of delivery, among others covers this exhibit contains: the earliest recorded cover of the issue dated October 11, 1884, a registered cover from Atlixco with its original return receipt, one of 5 known covers abroad, a cover from the personal correspondence from Porfirio Diaz with his monogram embossed in gold and silver and a letter from the same stationary personally signed by President Diaz, a military cover from Potam, Sonora, a magnificent front with the stamp cut to shape from the government of Tabasco state, a registered front from Chilchota which originally contained revenue stamps inside, an exceptional registered front from the customs office in Manzanillo, the 2 best covers from Tepic post office and a number of other rarities showing most of the government offices that were allowed to use these stamps.

Mexico, First Officials Stamp Collection, 1884-93, 85 selected stamps and blocks, mostly beautiful and clear cancels from small towns like Tecali, Huauchinango, Huejotzingo, Izucar, Guanacegui, Huaquechula, Zacapozxtla, Choapam, Tecamachalco, Tlaxcala, Cholula, Pochutla, Progreso, Nochistlan. Santiago Ixcuintla, etc., among other rarities: a red stamp with Matamoros district overprint, blue green pair imperf, an unlisted margin brown pair imperf, and an exceptional cancelled vertical strip of 4 which should not exist as these stamps were not used in multiples, included are a very nice registered front and a remarkable cover from the Inspección del Ferrocarril de Monterrey al Golfo Mexicano.

Mexico, Hidalgo Medallion Balance, 1884-95, of a Gold Medal exhibit, group of 500+ premium stamps, many of the largest recorded multiples and 20 pristine covers, 2 fronts and one postcard, very little repetition as the covers represent 15 different stamps of the 20 possible in both 1884 and 1885 issues (not counting the peso values), stamps include a complete set unused (except for 10p which is used) Sc # 150-173 ($1,432), 1884 Green issue has a number of perf varieties, a 1c block of 4 imperf Sc#150a ($250), 12c vertical pair imperf between Sc#157a ($250), 4c block of 6 imperf Sc# 153a ($600), the largest recorded multiples of 5c and 6c, among the covers are rare rates like two 2c solo usages, 6c with two 3c stamps, with 4c+2c stamps and with a solo 6c, a registered cover with three 12c to Canada, a Court mail with 20c stamp, present are used imperfs of the 4c, 5c, 6c, 20c, 25c, block of 4 imperf of 10c Sc# 156a ($250) as well as unlisted bisects of 6c and 50c, 1885 Colored Issue section has the largest known multiples of 1c, 2c, 3c, 4c, 5c, 12c and 25c. Sc# 165-169 and 172-173 ($ 3,500+), most denominations show a selection of bold beautiful cancels from mostly small towns. The covers are all beautiful and some are from small towns like Ozulama, San Ignacio, Sauces, Acapulco, rare 25c used block of 4 cancelled Xonacatepec, peso values include a vertical used pair imperf between Sc#161b ($100 as unused and unlisted used), a $2 peso block with plate #3 and a magnificent almost complete sheet of 138 cancelled Sc# 162 ($3,105 as used).

Mexico, Large Numeral Issue Balance, 1886-95, of a Gold Medal exhibit, group of 19 pristine and rare covers, 3 fronts, one postcard and 460+ stamps, covers represent 19 different stamps and could each be a single lot in their own right, 1c registered wrapper front from Oaxaca which was underpaid but is genuine, 5 very attractive covers with stamps from the scarce 1886 Lilac issue (3c, 4c, 6c and 12c), a cover from Santa Ines Ahuatempan, a cover from Magdalena with two 5c neatly cut to shape, a registered cover to Galveston with four 6c Lilac stamps and a Colima Provisional, largest unused multiple of the 12c lilac (block of 10) Sc#181 ($250), rare Mazapil cover with three 3c +1c, two beautiful registered fronts from Chilpancingo and from Ciudad Valles with markings in corners, both underpaid, cover with a rare 5c rate to Norway (rate seldom used probably for subsidized ships), charming small registered cover from Mineral del Monte with the "Heart" pre-stamp marking on all four corners, registered post card to Germany with the 12c vermillion, most of the stamps are in full sheets of 100: 4c Red perf 5 ½ x 6 Sc#234 ($4,000), 12c Vermillion Sc#219 ($1,400), 5c Blue Sc#216 and10c Vermillion Sc#218 with a "1" plate number, n.h. block of 20c violet Sc#220A ($3,200 as hinged), a strip of 3 10c imperf, and a vertical and a horizontal 10c imperf between Sc#218b and 218c ($350).
