It includes The Senate, War Secretariat, Finance Ministry, Foreign Relationships Consulate, Postal Department, Geological Institute, Astronomical Observatory, all sent to foreign destinations: USA, Paris, London, Hungary, Germany, Switzerland (no photo).

Mexico, Official Issue Collection. 1884-1937, 375 stamps and 10 covers in hingeless album, includes First Officials, 1899 Aguilitas, Centenario, Hombres Ilustres, Monuments, Corbatas, Maps, 1919 Heroes and later issues, most issues well represented with varieties, Mulitas issue is not included, following stamps have MEPSI certs: 1927 5 pesos Sc#O192 ($175), Sc#O74 ($200), O191 ($175), CO30 ($140), other better include O191 ($175), O194 ($200), O110 ($200) varieties (inverted overprints, missing "O" of official), OFICIAN for OFICIAL varieties O124a, O125a, O126a, O127c, O128a and O129a ($600). As a bonus there are some back of the book material like Sinaloa 1923, Falta de Porte, Cerrado y Sellado labels, Ahorro Postal, etc., large catalog value (no photo).

Mexico, Porte de Mar Collection, 1875, with emphasis in district overprints, a study of this issue with 150+ stamps with district overprints including singles, used and unused, multiples and many denominations from: Veracruz, Apam, Cd. Victoria, Chiapas, Saltillo, Tuxpam, Tacubaya, Tampico, Matamoros, Tula, Queretaro, Guanajuato, Zamora, etc., one strip of 3 different denominations (10c, 25c, 35c) from Victoria has a MEPSI cert, two 60c with the consignment numbers printed on back (Sc $250), Veracruz Provisional 25c stamp, and sheets of 2c, 5c, 10c, as well as very large multiples of 12c, 20c, 25c, 50c and 100c, set of the 1879 not issued, including bogus cancellations.

Mexico, Revolutionary Issue Covers, 1914-16, of 77 covers, 2 postcards and one front with Dollar sign and Dollar sign + Corbata overprints mounted on a hingeless album, from 1c-50c denominations, included are domestic, EU and European destinations, registered and AR, commercial and attractive advertising, impressive multiples, Chinese merchants, mixed frankings with other issues and also with US stamps, several postage due (including an incoming from Spain), 5 pretty ones from Baja California, etc., condition above the norm (no photo).

Mexico, Sonora Green Seal Collection, 1913, of 24 very attractive covers and a complete set of 5 sheets (1c-10c), The covers include all denominations and several are rare: Agua Prieta red cancel, Nogales round blue cancel, a No-Franqueado, Estación Llano, Santa Ana, Chinese merchant, mixed franking with USA and postage due, Ures, Tonichi, an assortment of rates and all denominations present, Provisional "MEXICO", a rare usage to Mexico City where the Sonora stamp was recognized, advertising covers, a T cover with unauthorized Sonora stamp and a 15c cover with the very light green variety 5c stamp (no photo).
