Hawaii, "FD" in Circle, bold strike on 5¢ blue (32), well centered, Extremely Fine and choice.

The "FD" cancellation was applied at San Francisco to loose letters. There are three types recorded on Hawaiian stamps: serif letters, non-serif letters and a negative "FD".

Hawaii, Four Dashed Rings (Gregory ring4-24(dashes) 1R), clear strike of cancel ties 2¢ rose vermilion (31) on yellow cover to Na. Aman at Honolulu, Chinese characters at right reading "Please Hand Over to the City of (Oahu)" and "Mao Chi Store"; edge wear and small opening tear, F.-V.F. and rare cancel.
