Philippines, Revenue, 1906, 2p lilac, rouletted, "E" black control numbers, o.g., lightly hinged, strong color and exceptional centering, Very Fine and choice, a lovely example of this rare mint stamp (Warren 547E).

Incorrectly listed by Forbin as part of the 1905 series, this stamp was properly identified by Warren as having been issued subsequent to #546 based on the presence of an "E" control letter.
