20th Century Fancy Cancels on Cover, 1920-30's, group of 18 covers; fancy killers include Kansas City, Mo. large 6-Point Star and large Sun on flight cover to D.W.I., Anchor, Ky. large purple Anchor, Stuart, Florida negative star, Troy, O. circle of wedges, Death Valley, Cal. skull and crossbones, Bondville, Ill. chicken, Dogie, Wyo. dog, Bass, Ind. bass, Henton, Ill. hen with negative "TON", etc.

Fancy Cancel Covers and Cards, 1860s-1900s, group of 29 covers and cards with a variety of fancy cancels, including Chicago Blue fancy shield in frame; Aurora Ill. veined leaf; Bar Harbor mask; Racine Wis. "R"; New York Circle of Vs on #113 circular rate use; stars, crosses, letters, etc.; some faults, F.-V.F.

"USM" in grid, Charleston, N.H. Masonic square & compass, blue University of Va, Va. negative "UV", etc., off cover items mostly choice strikes of star cancels; many choice strikes throughout, worth review.

Green Cancel Cover and Stamp Collection, 1840s-1869, over 70 covers mostly mounted on pages plus some additional, also including over 20 off-cover examples, wide range of uses and towns, some cover highlights noted including many 1851 and 1857 3c examples with uses from Carlisle Pa., Lancaster Pa., York Pa., Littleton N.H., Roswell Ga., Saint Joseph Mo., Centralia Ill., Clarksfield Oh., Granville O., Taunton Mass. olive green, 3¢ #65 with geometric from Sharon Vt.; 3¢ #65 with Richmond Va. geometric, 3¢ #114 from Owego N.Y., etc.; off-cover includes #7 (PFC, faults), #10A with green Mount Sterling cds (PFC, tear), #15, #73 black jack with rich green cork; and much more, including some with bluish-green and blue cancels, few stampless; mixed condition, F.-V.F.

New York City Domestic Mail Cancellations, 1860s, research collection of over 1,150 covers plus a group of off-cover examples, arranged according to date of use, range of markings including grids, targets, stars, geometrics, letter "B", etc., range of uses including forwarded, some prepaid carrier fee uses with #24, 26 or #63, 65 frankings, some local mail uses with 2¢ Black Jack frankings (some strikes in red or blue), some grilled issue frankings; mixed condition, F.-V.F., a researchers delight that will form an excellent basis for further study of this popular New York City time period.

New York City Local Mail Postal History, 1860s, group of 20 with some fancy cancels and mostly 2¢ Black Jack frankings, but also #63 (2), 2¢ Black Jack stationery and a 3¢ entire use, cancel strikes in red, blue and black, fancy types include stars, cross-roads, geometrics; some mixed condition, F.-V.F., interesting group.
