Great Britain, Collection, 1841-1950, of mint issues to housed in Scott album; starting with a few early QV issues with 4-margin 1841 1d on bluish, 1858 2d and 1870 1½d, the scarce 1862 3d pale rose unused (Scott 37, cat $2,500) and the 1867 6d (#50, cat $1,750), 1880-81 issues to the 4d, 1883 surcharges complete, 1883-84 issues lacking the 5d for completion, 1883-84 2sh6d-10sh present, 1887-92 Jubilees complete, 1902-11 KEVII issues complete to the 10sh, later KGV issues including seahorse issues and PUC £1, etc., good back-of-the-book with dues, better Officials with highlight a 1883 1sh Govt Parcel (#O30, cat $1,675, with BPA cert) and 1902 9d Govt Parcel (O42, cat $625, RPS cert) with other issues, Offices with near complete China, Morocco appears complete, Turkish Empire lacking only the 1893 40pa and includes the key 1906 1pi on 2d (Scott #25, cat $1,500, BPA cert.; Scott catalog $41,700+, overall condition well above the norm throughout, a must see to appreciate.
