1870, 10¢ brown, split H. grill, two singles, canceled by segmented grid handstamps on 1871 cover to Finisterre, France, reverse with red "New York Paid All Br. Transit" exchange backstamp and 12 credit handstamp, red London transit and Calais entry cds; stamps lifted to confirm grill and placed back, Very Fine, a scarce properly prepaid double 10¢ Phantom rate usage to France bearing the 1870 10¢ grill issue; with 1982 P.F. certificate.
