Hawaii, (Official) Republic of Hawaii, Department of Public Instruction, two different text imprint covers to Dr. Bond at Kohala bearing 2¢ brown (75), first cancelled by red "Mahukona, Hawaii, Oct 2, 1897" cds (281.01) and other with "Honolulu H.I., Aug 22, 1896" cds, both with Kohala arrival backstamp, Very Fine pair.

Hawaii, Pipe Wrench, large illustrated design on cover to Papaikou, Hilo, franked with 1875, 2¢ brown tied by target handstamp, matching "Post Office, Honolulu, H.I., Aug 26, 1878" rimless cds (MH 223.029); cover with small insect holes and corner nick at top right, F.-V.F., a striking and rare illustrated design, ex-"Champion".

Hawaii, Toyo-Kisen S.S. Co. Flag, red and blue illustrated design showing Ship Flag and manuscript Hawaiian Islands endorsement, on cover to Frankfurt, Germany franked with 1894, 12¢ blue + 25¢ deep blue + 1899, 2¢ rose, all tied by "Honolulu, H.I., Oct 22, 1899" duplex postmarks, manuscript "via Japan" routing endorsement however with S.F. & N.Y. transit and receiving backstamps, with similar design cover entitled "Toyo-Kisen-Kaisha" to France franked with U.S. 1898 5¢ blue tied by 1901 Honolulu duplex, Very Fine.
