Pkt., Paid, Apr 15" exchange with straight line "Paid" and "45" rate handstamps below; small stamp flaws and sideflap missing, F.-V.F.

Wright Circular" at left, original printed circular accompanies, Very Fine and attractive circular rate use.

1863, 2¢ black, horizontal bisect, used as part of 35¢ rate, in pair with full single, with additional 1863, 2¢ black + 1861, 10¢ green pair and single (which overlap and partly obscure the bisect), all tied by pen cancels on an orange 1866 cover to Switzerland, with three backstamps, some minor stamp & cover faults, part of back missing, F.-V.F., a scarce and striking usage; with 2008 P.F. certificate.
